1. Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Quest Quiver Inc. will cover return shipping and arrange pickup where possible.
4. Restocking Fee A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to returns of large furniture items or oversized products.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
6. Exchanges We accept exchanges for the same or different items of equal or lesser value, subject to the same 30-day return window and eligibility conditions. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the shipping label. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Certain products (including furniture) carry a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our return policy. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
9. Non-Refundable Items There are no exceptions to the return policy beyond the conditions stated above.
10. International Orders We do not ship internationally; therefore, this policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
